General Information :

Bi-metal hygrometers are used to measure the relative humidity in general. Two different metals are connected to each other and form a spiral. Due to the different reaction on the degree of humidity the spiral will generate a pull or push that is translated to the scale via the pointer . The deviation of the bi-metal hygrometer is between 4% and 10%.
