We offer the following options:
Colour: Our permanent collection is limited to the most popular wood colors. For some products, however, there is the possibility to adjust the woodcolor to your wishes.
If you would like a certain color or finish please contact service@barometers.com, so we can inform you on the posibilities. For a colour that differs from the standard, we charge a 10% premium on the product.
Logos: Logos or a text can be added on the face of some products . When supplied with a pdf -file or preferebly an AI file, we can produce this according to your wishes. The cost of this is dependent on the quality of the inputted file and the complexity of the product ordered.
Special words, names, dates and images, ..: If you would like to offer a lasting memory to mark a special occasion, such as a wedding, a birthday, or anniversary, please contact us with your requirements so that you can decorate with a personal touch.
Repairs We offer a comprehensive repair service to “Dingens” products. However, we would want to emphasize, never to send your dealer or us any instruments prior to contacting us and whitout our explicit agreement. When products are incorreclty packaged or transported they may be irreparably damaged. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable or accept any responsibility for problems occuring due to incorrect packaging or careless handling by the customer. When shipping products, we have the necessary packing materials available. Some parts maybe shipped in separate boxes, as they are often very fragile. In these cases, some handling and some simple mounting by the customer is required.
Installation You can find instruction videos on the page: “Productinfo” under the term “Manuals” on this website. If needed, please refer to our Facebook page for specific personalised information. Altough most dealers are well informed about the technical side of our products, they may not be able to answer all your questions. Please contact us should your questions remain unanswered. Some of our models are significantly more fragile than others. If it is in any way possible, we try to solve this by arranging our own transport. If this is the case the delivery period may have to be extended. This ensures that the goods reach you in perfect condition and we ask for your understanding with this. Please contact you local dealer for more information about leadtime for delivery.
Innovacelli Barometers: The Innovacelli Barometers are extremely user friendly. Air bubbles trapped in the liquid can easily removed by yourself. Please check the manual for more information. Should nevertheless another problem occur (broken glass, etc ..), please contact your dealer. In some cases the barometer can be picked up by a courier, provided the product is very well packed in its original packaging or a valid alternative. When it comes to large and / or fragile models, this needs to be arranged by our own service department. Please bear in mind that the service period in that case may be considerably longer.
Warranty
Dingens bvba guarantees its products for a period of three years from date of purchase. This warranty covers the operation and appearance of the complete unit. If a manufacturing fault becomes apparent during this time them the repair will be made free of charge.
Damage caused by external factors or by injudicious use is not covered by the warranty.

1. All goods are supplied ex. works. The seller makes the goods available to be collected at their premises and the buyer is responsible for all other risks, transportation costs, taxes and duties from that point onwards.
2. All goods and orders are assumed to be accepted within 8 days after delivery. Any complaints or comments should reach us within the prescribed period to be admissible.
3. We do our very best to respect the stated delivery times. A delay in the delivery or assignment does not allow the buyer to cancel the order.
4. All quotes from the seller are not binding, until a contract is created. The agreements with our representatives are binding only after written confirmation.

Payments for which no cash payment is required, must be made within 30 days after invoice date appearance. – what is a payment when no cash is required?
A discount of 2% on the net amount may be deducted only for early payment within 8 days after the invoice date. If not paid within the prescribed period is, on the amount, interest of 12% is payable on the account. The interest continues to acrue until the day of payment, regardless of whether there are legal proceedings have commenced. If no payment is within 8 days after a notice by registered letter, an additional administration charge shall be made of 10% of the amount due, with a minimum of 25 Euro. Payments to intermediaries will not be considered as payment.
6. The goods remain property of Dingens BG bvba. until full payment of the invoice.
7. All taxes, VAT, and duties are always charged to the buyer or client.
8. For all disputes, the law at the Peace Court in Beringen and the Courts in Hasselt, Belgium apply.
9 The advised selling price indicated by Dingens bvba must be should be respected at all times.
