How do I place an order :

We have a network of professionals dealing our barometers. Please have a look at http://www.barometers.com/ee/index.php/en/dealers to find your nearest dealer.

Depending on the reference you find on the google map, you can estimate the amount of choice you will find at the dealers store.

- Premier dealer: these stockists carry the total range of barometers and clocks, including the top range of Innovacelli Barometers. They will have a large stock available. Please contact your dealer for information on specific items.

Exclusive dealers are Dingens’ brand specialists. However, these dealers will not carry the whole range, but maybe only barometers or clocks. Please contact the dealer for more information.

Dealers have a limited amount of products in the store. Please contact the dealer for more information.

If there is no dealer in your area, please contact us for more information : sales@barometers.com.

You can also use our website and order on line. We will handle transport to the Premier or Exclusive dealer in your area. We will contact you within 3 working days, with the information on your order.

Delivery :

Delivery time will depend on the sort of product and whether it requires specialist shipping.

You can see on line if the goods are in stock or not. If it is in stock, we can usually ship it within 7 working days, after receipt of the order. If the product needs to be handled by our own delivery service or needs special care for delivery, this may take longer.

How do I place an order ?

We try to visit our main dealers frequently, depending on their geographic location. It is our goal to contact our customers twice a year, to make an appointment to visit you. However, should we not have contacted you yet and you would require a visit, please do not hesitate to contact us : sales@barometers.com.

If required, you can order on line. Please ask for your login code, after providing us with the necesarry information on your company. This code will provide you access to the dealers page. Please note the stocklist only refers to the products in Belgium. Please contact us for delivery in the UK, US and China.

When will I receive my items?

We will e-mail you within 48 hours of receiving your order to give you an estimated lead time for delivery. If the item(s) you order are in stock then we will endeavour to deliver within 3-4 weeks. Item(s) that are not in stock or that are made to order can take significantly longer, again this will be advised within 48 hours. Once the products are produced and are available, our transport department will call you within 10 working days to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

Delivery costs

Due to the large difference in products we carry, we can not give a standard delivery cost. The delivery costs vary for each country. We try to limit your costs, by working with local distribution centres in the UK, US and China.

The large and fragile products might have to be delivered by our own service or shipped on a pallet. The smaller and less fragile products can easely be shipped by a normal courier service. We guarantee you we will do our very best to offer you the best service and price to get you the best deal possible.

Your responsibilities

In the manuals, you will find the information on how to hang, set in motion, and set the barometers at the local altitude. It is your responsibility to check the manuals on how to operate the products. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In most cases, there is not a lot which could go wrong. Mercury barometers, however, need to be handled correctly, to avoid the liquids from getting mixed or getting airbubbles in the mercury. This is not included in the warranty.
